What data is stored

• Your email address, so you can sign in without a password.
• The name you choose to give (optional), shown next to your recommendations.
• The paintings you save as favourites and your private notes (only you can see them).
• The recommendations you write. They are only published once the artist approves them.
• If you tick it, that you want to receive news about new works and exhibitions.

Purpose and legal basis

To provide the features of the virtual gallery (legal basis: your consent when signing up) and, only if you tick it, to send you news (legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from "My visit").

Who else processes it

The data is stored with Supabase (database and sign-in service) and the website is hosted by Netlify. Both act as data processors. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.

How long

For as long as you keep your account. When you delete it, all your data is erased.

Your rights

You can access, correct and delete your data. From "My visit" you can delete your account and all your data with one click. For any other request, write to manuelcv097@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It only stores in your browser what it needs to work: language, sound, your progress in the gallery and, if you sign up, your session.
